Keane in 3D

On April 2nd, I was fortunate to be part of the world's first live 3D broadcast. Streaming live via the internet and various theatres around the country, Keane performed a short session from the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Using my HD Polecam rig and two Toshiba camera channels, pictures were sent to a stereo brain, supplied by Inition, specialists in everything 3D. The twin Toshibas performed extremely well producing impressive pictures and proved to be very stable once aligned. Once again the versatility of Polecam proved invaluable as I was able to relocate easily and shoot from many different angles.
